How it usually goes
Dirty data moved to a nicer platform is still dirty data — you've just paid to relocate the problem. So the first step is always finding out what's actually in there.
A real audit of your records. Duplicates, blanks, conflicting entries, formatting that will break on import. You get a report you can read, and a straight answer on whether it's worth moving.
Migrate to the platform you actually want, or clean up in place if what you have is fine. Either way it arrives correct, not "mostly correct."
Integrations, automated entry, and scheduled reports so the mess doesn't rebuild itself the moment you look away.
What it costs
These projects vary too much to put a number on a page honestly. A five-hundred-row cleanup and a fifty-thousand-record migration aren't the same job. You'll get a flat price in writing before any work starts, and if it isn't worth doing I'll tell you that instead.
Most people don't. Describe what's frustrating you in plain words — "my customer list is in three places," "I dread month-end" — and I'll tell you which of the six it is and what it would take.
