Build the website. Get your Google profile right. Then stay in front of people every month. You can stop after any step — and you own your site, your domain, and your Google profile the whole way.
A custom 1–5 page site — home, services, about, reviews, contact. Mobile-first, click-to-call, contact form, map, and local schema so Google understands what you do. Live in 3–5 days.

Already have a website you like? Skip to Step 2 — I'll work with what you've got.
A one-time setup that fixes the listing customers actually see, gets you into the directories Google cross-checks, and takes a "before" picture so we can prove what changes.
Everything that has to be right before monthly SEO is worth paying for.
Pick one — you don't stack these. Website Care keeps the site running and nothing more. The three SEO plans include that care and work on your Google rankings every month. SEO plans run six months, because local SEO usually takes 90–120 days to move.
Keep the site alive and edited. No SEO.
Stay visible, accurate, and stacking reviews.

Pay up front, get a month free. These plans run six months either way — pay for five of them now instead of six monthly, and the sixth is on me.
Bolt any of these onto any step. Nothing here is required.
Let's talk it through. Most of what I build didn't start as a package on a price list — it started as somebody describing a problem. Tell me what you actually need and I'll put together a plan and a flat price built around it.
Real numbers for the three most common combinations. The build is a one-time $250 no matter which path you take.
Then $250 a year. Or $250 + $50/mo if you'd rather spread it out.
Then $700 a month, care included. Six-month minimum.
Then $700 a month. Skip the build if your current site works.
The terms, plainly. Setup fees and one-time items are due before work begins. Monthly plans bill on the 1st by auto-pay. SEO plans have a six-month minimum, then go month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You own your website, your domain, and your Google Business Profile at all times — if we part ways, you keep everything. Google Ads and Meta ad budgets are paid by you, directly to them, in your own accounts. Local SEO typically shows measurable movement in 90–120 days; anyone promising faster is guessing.
