Here's a carpool one I built recently. Parents claim the days they can drive, everyone with the share code sees the same schedule, and nobody is stuck playing dispatcher at nine at night. Yours would look nothing like this — that's the point.
Every app needs accounts, invites, and three people who never set it up. Everything I build is a link. You text it to the group and you're done.

This isn't the part of my work that pays the bills, and I'd rather it stay affordable than turn into a subscription you resent. Nothing here is a template — it's made for your situation, at a price that doesn't require a conversation with your spouse.
A single-screen tool — a schedule, a chore chart, a countdown, a practice game — starts at $40. Bigger builds with sign-ups, logins, or payments cost more, and you'll get the flat price before I start. Either way it's built by hand for you, and you own it when it's done. Schools, teams, and neighborhood groups: ask, I do a lot of these at cost.
How it goes
A phone call or a long text, whichever is easier. Describe what happens now and why it's making you crazy.
Usually a weekend. You look at it, tell me what's wrong, and I fix it before anyone else sees it.
Send it to the group. That's the whole setup. No downloads, no accounts, nothing for anyone else to figure out.
Who you're hiring
Born and raised here. I coach T-ball, my kids are in these schools, and the people I build for are usually somebody I'd run into at the field anyway.
That's most of why I work the way I do. You'll get a straight answer about what something costs and whether it's worth doing, and I'd rather tell you to skip it than take your money for something you won't use.
And I'm not one guy with a laptop and a limit. I work with a team of experienced builders — deep Power BI, data, and app development backgrounds — so if your project turns out to be bigger than a weekend, we have the resources to finish it properly. You still deal with me the whole way through.
