Work

Every one of these
is live right now.

No mockups, no case studies about someone else's project. Every one of these was requested by somebody, then custom made in house for the exact situation it solves. Some fix a real business problem. Some just stop a group text from ruining somebody's week.

The carpool schedule

Sixteen parents, one group text, and nobody actually knows who has Thursday.

So I built the fix. A rolling ten-school-day schedule where parents claim the days they can drive. Everyone with the share code sees the same thing. No app to download, no account to create, no one playing dispatcher from their phone at 9pm.

Why it matters: this is the smallest kind of thing I build, and often the one people are most relieved to have. It took a weekend. If your family, team, or neighborhood has a version of this problem, it's probably a weekend too.

Fundraisers and hard decisions

Two more small tools, both built because someone I know needed one.

The Robinson High cheer fundraiser site takes real sponsorships — tiers, logo uploads, actual checkout — so a booster club isn't chasing Venmo screenshots and keeping the roster in a notebook.

The Purchasing Power Quiz walks someone through what they can actually afford to spend on a home, in plain language, and hands them a number instead of a lecture. No sign-up wall, no bait.

Why it matters: not every problem worth solving makes money. Some of them just make a stressful thing survivable, and I take those on at cost for schools and neighborhood groups.

Tampa Neighborhood Songs

An original song for every neighborhood in Tampa — and not one of them touched a video editor.

Audio and artwork go in one end. Out the other comes a finished, captioned, geo-tagged video that uploads itself to YouTube on a publishing schedule. The site behind it maps all 58 neighborhoods, links each association, and captures emails.

Why it matters for your business: this is the exact machine that turns a finished job into a week of content. Swap songs for job photos and it works the same way.

Tampa Parks Directory

Every city and county park on one map, filterable by what you actually came for.

Built from public county GIS data rather than typed in by hand, so it stays current on its own. Filter by playground, courts, boat ramp, restrooms, or trails. Photos, hours, and directions on every park.

Why it matters for your business: a directory nobody else has built is the cheapest way to own a search term. This is the same pattern behind any "best X near me" page worth ranking.

Tampa Bay Rackets

Where to play tennis, pickleball, and padel across the bay, in one place.

Courts, surfaces, lights, public versus private, and which ones actually have open play. Built to answer a question thousands of people were searching for and nobody local was answering well.

Why it matters for your business: proof that a focused site built in a weekend can outrank the big listing sites for the searches that matter in your zip code.

Sites for real Tampa businesses

A handyman, a tree service, a travel advisor, a homebuilder, and a high school fundraiser.

Each one hand-built rather than dropped into a template, because each one had a different job. The handyman needed the phone to ring. The builder needed an interactive map of available inventory that a salesperson could walk a buyer through. The fundraiser needed to take money on a phone in a gym.

Why it matters for your business: you are not going to get this from a template, and you should not be paying a monthly fee to a page builder for the privilege of not owning your own site.

Prospecting and outreach system

It builds the call list, remembers every conversation, and tells me who to call today.

Pulls a target list, enriches it with owner and contact information, logs every touch, and schedules the follow-up months out so nothing goes cold. It replaced three spreadsheets and a stack of sticky notes.

Why it matters for your business: most small companies lose more money to forgotten follow-up than to bad marketing. This is the fix, and it's usually the cheapest thing on the list.

59 to 98, on my own site

The unglamorous list: image formats, font loading, schema markup, sitemaps, Search Console.

Nobody notices a fast site. They just don't leave. Half of mobile visitors abandon a page that takes more than three seconds, and Google reads that behavior as a signal about whether you deserve the ranking in the first place.

Why it matters for your business: this is included in every build I do, not sold as an upgrade. If your current site scores under 50, that number is costing you calls right now.
