One example
A contractor sends a couple of photos and a voice note. A formatted estimate comes back in his own pricing and his own wording, ready to check and send. Your version might be a proposal, an intake form, or a report — same machinery underneath.

You walk me through a normal week. I listen for what you do more than once and hate every time.
What I'd automate first, what it saves, what it costs, and what I'd leave alone. Yours to keep either way.
Two to three weeks. You'll see it working partway through instead of waiting for a reveal at the end.
I train you on it, then keep an eye on it so breakages get fixed before you notice them.
Who you're hiring
Born and raised in Tampa. I'm a father and a T-ball coach, and the businesses I build for are usually run by people I'd see around town anyway.
That shapes how I work. You'll get a flat price and a straight answer about whether a project is worth the money, and I stay on it until you're happy — not until the invoice clears.
I also have a team behind me — experienced people with deep Power BI, data, and app development knowledge. So when a job is bigger than one person, it doesn't become your problem or a reason for me to say no. Whatever the task is, we have the resources to get it done, and you deal with me the whole way through.
